Warranty provisions
It is limited to products that have been used by the customer in a normal condition and the product has failed due to a shaft defect caused by a manufacturing problem. In the following cases, the product warranty does not apply even during the warranty period.
・When it is recognized that the product has been used for purposes other than playing golf.
・When reuse is approved.
・Products purchased through online sales other than those listed on this website.
・Products purchased at online auctions.
・When it is clearly recognized that the product has been broken due to improper assembly.
About shaft handling
Precautions when using the shaft
Golf club shafts are designed and manufactured for mounting on golf clubs. Please do not assemble it to anything other than a golf club or use it for anything other than golf play.
Be sure to ask the store where you purchased the club to assemble the club. Please understand that we are not responsible for any warranty, etc., even in the event of an accident or malfunction if the product is installed by the customer.
Ask the store where you purchased the product to replace the grip.
Do not apply impact or pressure to the shaft with a hard material, and do not bend or twist it with excessive force. Should any scratches or cracks occur due to excessive load, stop using the product immediately and check with your dealer for safety.
Be sure to check the appearance of each part for any abnormalities before use. If any abnormality is found, stop using the product immediately and check with your dealer to see if it is safe.
Do not peel off the product number label (inside the grip) as the serial number and date of manufacture are indicated by symbols. We may not be able to accept inquiries about products without labels.
Precautions for shaft storage
When storing after use, wipe off moisture and dirt with a soft cloth, etc. Do not apply solvent, oil, wax, etc. It may cause discoloration. Do not leave it in high humidity or high temperature for a long time (80°C or higher). It may cause deterioration of the shaft.
About shaft reuse
Shafts already attached to golf clubs may be reused, but this is not recommended for the following reasons. Also, please understand that our product warranty does not cover.

Other
If the shaft is damaged, do not touch the affected areas of the shaft. In particular, the fibers of the carbon shaft can easily get stuck in the body and cause injury. Please contact us for disposal of shafts that are no longer needed.
About SG mark
The SG mark is displayed on products that the Product Safety Association has recognized as safe products. In the unlikely event that a product defect causes personal injury, please contact the Product Safety Association. Warranty is provided according to the degree.

Golf clubs with the SG mark are manufactured for safe use. However, it may be damaged if used improperly. Also, please note that if you use it for many years, it may be easily damaged due to the decrease in strength due to use.
